Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days upon receipt.
You will receive an email update with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional sales, dispatch times may be delayed.
Delivery Attempts:
• Carriers will attempt delivery up to three times.
• If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us.
• Import duties, taxes, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over the threshold amount listed in the table above.
Order Changes & Cancellations
• To cancel or change the size of your order, email info-eu@oamcpeacemaker.com immediately.
Updating Your Shipping Address
• If your order has not shipped, email info-eu@oamcpeacemaker.com.
• If your order has already shipped, you can you can use DHL On Demand Delivery service, FedEx Delivery Manager system or UPS My Choice (as long as the new address is located in the same country as the original one).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

VAT & Import Duties
For EU Customers: VAT is applied based on the country of delivery. Prices already include VAT.
For Non-EU Customers:
• Italian VAT does not apply
• Select your country in the “Country” button to see prices without VAT
DDP (Delivery and Duties Paid): We cover import duties for non-EU orders.
UK Orders & Brexit Notice:
From January 1st, 2021, due to Brexit:
• Orders over £135 will be subject to UK VAT, payable before delivery.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
If an item was out of stock at the time of your order, it may have been automatically canceled and refunded.
Refunds may take a few business days due to bank processing times.

If an item was unavailable at the time of purchase, it may have been removed and refunded.

Can I Have My Order Delivered to a PO Box or APO?
No, our shipping partners do not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses, except for Saudi Arabia.
